Membership FAQs
Can I change my membership tier?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no fees for changing tiers.
Do unused services roll over month to month?
Included services (IV drips, injections) do not roll over — they reset each billing cycle. We encourage you to use your included services each month to get the most value from your membership.
Are memberships available for new patients?
Yes. New patients can enroll in any membership tier. We recommend starting with a new patient consultation so we can recommend the tier that best fits your health goals and current needs.
What if I need to pause or cancel?
Members can pause their membership for up to 60 days per calendar year at no charge. Cancellations require 30 days written notice and take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Are membership fees covered by insurance?
Membership fees are not covered by insurance. However, certain services included in your membership may be eligible for FSA or HSA reimbursement. We recommend checking with your plan administrator.
